The event was held in Paraguay in February 2024, where the 10 best teams from South America competed with the ultimate goal of securing a Futsal World Cup berth. Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Paraguay finished the event as the top 4 teams respectively, and earned a flight to Uzbekistan 2024.
FIFA Futsal World Cup Qualifiers 2024
The 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup Qualifiers were played between 48 UEFA teams, with 7 World Cup tickets on the line. The teams that qualified for the mega event from the Qualifiers include:

This tournament is played between the member nations of the Confederation of African Football. Morocco won their third consecutive title this year, defeating Angola in the Final. Morocco, Angola, and Libya qualified for the Futsal World Cup from this tournament.
CONCACAF Futsal Championship 2024
The championship featured 12 teams from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Four teams qualified from this event for the Futsal World Cup by securing the top 4 positions in the event. Panama were the winners while Cuba finished as runners-up. Guatemala and Costa Rica were placed third and fourth respectively and managed to find a place in the list of qualified Futsal World Cup 2024 teams.
AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2024
The Asian tournament was organized by the Asian Football Confederation in Thailand, where 16 teams competed with the hopes of booking a World Cup ticket. Iran won the title by defeating Thailand, as they both qualified for the mega event. Tajikistan finished fourth in the tournament, while Afghanistan won a play-off to secure their spot in the World Cup. Even though Uzbekistan finished third in the tournament, their position was irrelevant because they qualified as the hosts. As a result, Afghanistan got a chance to qualify for their debut World Cup despite finishing 5th in the tournament.
